Vegas 20 question saving edits in tracks.

I have Vegas Pro 19 but have not installed it yet I see 20 is available. And this is a Vegas question so am I in the right place now?

In previous versions I have loaded the same clip into three or four tracks. I zoom in or zoom out or pan left or right or change another parameter in those various tracks but Vegas does not save them; they all revert to the way the original track looks when I attempt a multi shot edit. Has this been addressed in Vegas 20? Or is there some kind of work around maybe? Thank you.

(Gid I believe answered this, saying those edits cannot be saved, but apparently I put the question in the wrong forum. I am guessing that's the answer to the question? This is Vegas Pro Forum correct so this should be the proper place? My apologies if I screwed up again.)

Yes, changes are discarded when you create a multrack timeline. For that reason, you must apply your edits at the Media Level. Nothing needs fixing.

Okay then thank you. So what I might need to do since I have one video track and I would like to have four angles is go ahead and render that video track four different times or however many angles I would like to have? Save those and add each to the project on a different track?

I wouldn't use a multicam project for that. You can place one media as events on four tracks and edit without having to "render" it.
