I requested to cancel VEGAS Pro 365 on my pc and an email said my subscription was canceled and my money will be refunded soon. Should I delete the files or will they be deleted automatically? Thanks!!

No, your application files will not be deleted automatically. Uninstall the program from your Control Panel.
