I can't install Vegas. Whenever I try to install VEGAS18 on my win10 64bit laptop, at the end I get the error-2147163964 Source file not found C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\SonyInstall_2\vegas180\ac3studioplug.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Edit: After searching a bit more I was suggested to download the DVD architect. I cannot install that too as the same error pops up-

I am the only administrator and the only user of my laptop. I have all the redistributables C++ (2005-2019). I have cleaned my registry using CCleaner. Nothing seems to work.

UPDATE:- I created a new adminstrator account and could successfully install the applications I wanted including vegas.(note: apart from vegas I could also not install the zoom app). I really am confused now. How come my second adminstrator account was capable to install? I assume there is something wrong in my installation thing in my first admin account. If you are in my situation try creating another admin account. I hope I could help. Can somebody please clarify why and how this all has happened like how did it get installed in the second account? How can I fix my first admin account?
