Video capture not working.

Then I would think upgrading your version would be the next thing to try.

8.0 is a 32 bit program.

I have a later version (13) but that didn't work either. I may be left with uninstalling and then reinstalling the software.

This page has some really good advice for these issues -- sorry it wasn't a one-trick fix.
