Video renders without audio every other rendering (i need help)

I've been recently having this odd issue where my videos are rendered without audio, and now the issue is that every video is rendered without audio on 1st try. In other words, as soon as I close the "rendering has concluded" pop-up of the first video, I simply click "Make Movie" again and, after rendering again, bam, new video has audio. Sometimes this doesn't work and the video renders without audio anyway, making my 3h-long rendering a waste of time

I've been using the same project for every video since it just helps me speed up the process and all I need to do work on the frames of the shots, I don't mess up with the audio at all.

It is very odd since I don't need to do anything to make the audio work on the second attempt!

This is frustrating since my machine works double and it takes double the time to render a video. this issue is slowly driving me insane :)

note: I do use Zoom on my browser daily, if that would have any chance in causing these audio issues.

PC specs:

Movie Studio 14.0 (Build 127)

GTX 1050 Ti

Windows 10 Pro

Project properties:

Video:

1280x702, 23.976 fps (also happens in different templates)

Full resolution rendering quality: best

Deinterlace method: Blend fields

Adjust source media to better match project or render settings : yes

Audio

Sample rate: 48,000

Bit depth: 16

Resample and stretch quality: good

I save movie as:

MP4

Resolution: 1280x720

Estimated file sizes are usually above 2GB

Should not be happening - but what I able to think so far will be checking the audio driver of Windows OS. Is it properly installed?

I checked everything regarding audio, couldn't find any issues with audio drivers. All audio features work fine, it is just this odd 50% chance of not having audio in the rendered video.

DVD Architect and BluRay templates will not include audio, for some very good reasons. You must encode that separately.

note: I do use Zoom on my browser daily, if that would have any chance in causing these audio issues.

On my system, an open Zoom application hijacks my input AND output audio drivers, making other applications, including Vegas, useless until they are released by closing the program.
