This was my first time buying a product (Vegas pro Suite at $499). I forgot I had my VPN on while purchasing. I think it's the reason it didn't make me properly set up a MAGIX account but I did put in an email and address (never asked me to make a password). When I clicked buy it stated there was nothing in my bag and gave no indicator that I could download anything. I assumed the purchase fell through but 2 days later the money came out with a $4.99 international fee.

I turned the VPN off to make this account with the same info.

Is there anyway of downloading this product without repurchasing it? Or do I just need to figure this out with my bank?
