What codecs do you recommend to have in wine 10. After installing windows, I have one problem with the whole computer, not only vegas 18. Namely, every 10 -15 seconds I have crackles when it comes to mp3 files.

The codecs you need depend upon your final delivery. If you are only going to internet sites, you should have all that you need already. If you are delivering for broadcast, you need to find what formats they will accept. It is good to have at least one compressed/lossless codec. Musicvid has done many tests on these and is a good source for which codec produces the best video. You would use these as intermediates.
