What is Intel QSV rendering?

What is the difference of Intel QSV and regular rendering? When should I use either and why? Does using Intel QSV have any detriment on the final product. The videos I am rendering are for YouTube

Intel QSV is using your intel gpu. I use this all the time. It's quicker than cpu rendering.

Yes, QSV is lower quality than software encoding. No, for commonplace Youtube use, it shouldn't make a lot of difference.
