why are the shots are shokking from the go pro hero 7,in magix

why the shots are shokking? from the go pro hero 7 in my magix AND NOT IN MY VIDEOS???

we just bought the 4k magix version, BRAND NEW :-)

And have a new I7 computer, also with new installed windows 10 pro on it.

normal 4k shots are running good in magix but, the go pro hero 7 , gives shokking images???

must I instal drivers ore something?? please please help???

It has to be no problem because on my laptop from signature it is no problem to play them fluently in VPro 18 build 373.
First what is the MediaInfo your GOPro files, look here how to provide:  https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/
Further please screenshot of your Vegas interface while such a files has to be played.

Still doesn't make sense. Shaking? Jittering? Not here to make fun of anyone's English but it would be helpful to get more of a description than that.
