Wont Render HEVC Higher Than 50bps

I have Vegas pro-19. With drivers 22.5.1 I was at least able to render MAGIX HEVC at 135bps-240bps Now with new drivers which I need I can't render with the same bps. I can only do 50bps and I don't want that. I reported it to amd but it's not going to be them. I've always had a problem with your codex trying to hit high bps and have never been fixed and you keep releasing paid updates. Thats what Vegas pro 20 is. This kind of service sucks.

I wouldn't touch the new drivers. If it's not WHQL it's a beta.
