Shot a short film using the size 1920x1080 24p. Looks very clear on camera monitor and vegas studio but when I upload it onto youtube it doesn't look clear at all. It looks terrible. I need help.
Camille, you have claimed to upload 1080p to YouTube and complained about the quality, when you have in reality uploaded 480p, because that's what you rendered in Vegas.
This is operator error, and not a support question. In order to upload 1080p to YouTube, you must first render using the 1080p Internet TEMPLATE in Vegas, not 480p.
The instructions for using different "Make Movie" templates to make different size movies are in your Vegas Help, What's This?, Interactive Tutorials, and all over the internet.
That said, YouTube quality still stinks. Good luck.
You're treating me like I haven't been putting the setting to that in the template so stop treating me like I'm a liar even the template is matching my video with it
Camille, I'm not treating you like a liar, I am treating you like you made a mistake, and have no idea how to match your Render Properties to your Project and Media. Operator error is not a capital sin.
You probably did match your Media Properties, but the video will only be the same size if you ALSO MATCH THE RENDER PROPERTIES.
Your defensiveness is unproductive and unpleasant, and yet we have no interest in judging you, unless you are also running for public office in 2018.
Maybe it is better to give a little help.😉 Camille, I think that in step 2 of the "Make Movie" wizzard you forgot to make the quality choice. Probably you have choosen this with a result of the rendered file with these video properties You should have made this choice in that step with the next videoproperties as a result That are the ones you need for HD and than you can proceed the wizzard for uploading to your YT account.
