Zoom Vegas Google Drive integration all in the cloud?

integration within the cloud zoom vegas gdrive? Without downloading or uploading videos? Only zoom recordings edited online with vegas and from there (without downloading anything) export to gdrive? Also cut unencoded videos? Can Vegas do this now? Or not yet?
