a very disturbing privecy/security issue in VMS16

As due to the fact that after yesterday update my VMS is obsolete, I just pocked now in the ....AppData\Local\Movie Studio Platinum\16.0 cache folder.

There I see a folder \File Explorer Thumbnails so I looked. it's all jpg's.

Irfanview loves them so I open and scrolled, I was surprised to find images of things I never loaded into VMS and not relates to any video projects I did in VMS or viewed in VMS.

I wonder can this global thumbnails thing can be turned off.

It's from the explorer. So every grafic or movie file which is in a folder once touched via the MS explorer would go this way. It's always been this way for all version of Movie Studio and Vegas Pro. Can't see why this should be a privacy or security issue. It's up to you to lock your folders.
