@michel-deberdt

Please use the "Find" function in the forum if you need more detailed information on your request.

We have these discussions here on a regular basis with various - mostly new - users. (Or maybe it's always the same people who register under different names - who knows ????)

Please note, however, that this is a user forum where users help each other in their free time with various problems, with tips and tricks that come up while working with Vegas Pro. We therefore have no influence whatsoever on the business performance of the software.

Edit
PS:
I am also not entirely sure whether you are not comparing "apples with pears" in your product comparisons.

Davinci Code is a book- you can get it for $1 or so used. Resolve has bugs but to their credit, they keep updating it like mad.

Vegas Pro Edit upgrade was $160 around the holidays which is pretty reasonable as a license you can use for years to come if you like.

Helicopter principle: Raise the dust and disappear.

What remains after 5 minutes when the noise has passed and the dust has settled again?
Just NOTHING.
