an error occurred while creating the file

I use sony vegas pro 15 and everytime I try to render the project it shows this error and it says the reason for the error could not be determined

Are you able to show us a screengrab of the Splash screen if that program is starting?

Do you have rights to create files in the output folder? Try creating one manually using file manager.
