Boston - What are special things about this city?

What type of, especially music, images, that able to bring the 'feeling/ energy' 'this is Boston atmosphere'?

I may need to combine with free Boston city view of course, and one I found is this:

Will search for more stockfootages later, and as for music, any references is welcomed and I will try find any alternative similar feel that I have from my sources.

For those who knows me, I have been doing many long-distance running although still limited to 13.1 miles distance so far:

And I guess no runners didn't know Boston Marathon event, personally I view it as a 'dream' event and 'wish' for every Marathoners. (as the qualification time requirement to enter this event is extremely strict - I haven't been able to run that fast)

Today, just heard the news about that event, which was planned last month, but then delayed to September, but then must be turned into a virtual event due to this recent situation, which can be done anywhere, including in my hometown.

I still looking forward for further news about this virtual event, including 'ticket' price to join (hopefully the price is reasonable for me🙈), as I personally have a wish to run a 26.2 miles Full Marathon distance this year in July's local event, which unfortunate, cannot be held.

Additionally, having a little personal clip about my run is something I like to do, just for my personal creatives. A video may be posted as my trailer, or small intro for my later video before going into my local city view, combined with my local runs.

At least, doing brainstorming or find idea is a good thing, right?

So, friends from USA, throw in your ideas about Boston and Boston atmosphere or probably more, this Boston Marathon's annual event!*. Looking forward to hear yours!

*If anyone also have a stock footage of this Boston Marathon, no need to be detailed, maybe I can borrow it too if possible, but, I may only able to give credits & watermark to your clips if your video is used.

For me, one word says it all about Boston: Education.

Glad you are able to make your dream, even if virtually. They are what keeps us going.

OK - as an Aussie native not sure I can be considered any kind of authority here, but speaking as a musician I'm not sure Boston has a definitive musical "sound" in the sense of Nashville, Texas, Chicago, New Orleans, California West Coast, NW Grunge etc, but as far as popular music think Boston (Duh!), The Cars, Aerosmith and (at a stretch) J Giels.

Cheers, Robbie

@Robbie  ... way off topic, Boston is a sister city to Melbourne and has been since 1985.

Historically, Boston is well-known for an association with tea.

@Dexcon Ahhh ... so Boston does in fact have a connection to a strong music scene :-) (oops sorry @set - deviating slightly here )

Hi Robbie... no worries :) it's just a general relaxing talk here...

Thx Musicvid and Dexcon for the inputs...

It's also quite challenging to find a free / creative common stock footage of Boston though😅 - but, ok.... 😬

Well, just trying the best I can after all...
