Such as, 1 2 3 4 5.......100, become 100 ,99,.....5,4,3,2,1.

Maybe @altarvic​​​​​​​ can have a look at it.

I've not used Vagasaur so this is a shot in the dark I'm afraid! Have you selected the lock markers to events option? If I'm off beat with this I apologise.

Try renaming your markers to 001... 010...100

While this is not fixed, you can use the Rename Markers option on 1-click commands Tool or the Renumber Markers / Regions option in Timeline/Markers Tool.

Yes, but orignal order in not always 1,2,3,4,5,6...
