cant reinstall due to it thinking studio is already installed

hi all

as the link says i'm trying to reinstall VEGAS_Movie_Studio_14.0.0.148_Platinum however i keep getting an error (see img)

i've checked the registry ran a reg fix repair tool, gone through MS un-install repair tool tried a few un-installers but none of them can find any trace of Movie Studio

OS window 10 pro

Did you purchase your software from Magix or a third party vendor?

Magix online in 2017
