Changing project properties

Movie Studio 16 - I have a high quality music video created for BluRay. If I change project properties to "dumb it down" for Instagram, then a render a version for Instagram, can I later re-set the project properties back to higher quality for BluRay, or will I lose something in the process?

Save two versions, one at the higher and the other at your "dumb it down" quality.

It is often not necessary to change the Project Properties from the source in order to do a "dumbed-down" render. Exceptions might be mixed media or a change in output aspect.
