Crashes when I click on a video

Hi Everyone,

Today i thought I might venture into the world of Bezier Motion tracking. I have just upgraded the Vegas 365.

I have an input video MP4 :-

Video: 00:00:13.700, 30.000 fps progressive, 1920x1080x32, AVC
Audio: 00:00:13.652, 48,000 Hz, Stereo, AAC

After watching some online tutorials I applied a Bezier mask to my clip to cut out a person.

Then I went to motion tracking - selected

picked accurate and shape and location.

Then clicked on track forward option. This operation completes. the trouble when I click on my clip in the timeline or jsut try to play it Vegas just crashes. I have tried it with GPU and without GPU same thing happens

Did you apply any plugins in your edits in the timeline like Style Transfer etc?

Try running the driver update in Vegas.

Try resetting Vegas.

Hi, Thanks for the suggestions. I have done a driver update and it did update by video card driver. i also reset Vegas to its default state.

Unfortunately it still crashes if i click on the video on the timeline

There are not other effects / plugins applied to this clip.

Ok, thanks for ruling out that possible cause.

Next step will be to provide detailed properties for a file that crashes Vegas.
