what render template are you using? Project settings? What kind of media?

Try it without NVENC and see if the problem persists. If it does not, that means we have a GPU issue causing the problem, which most of the time can be fixed with a driver update. Be sure to use Nvidia's studio drivers. Also, we need to make sure your card meets the minimum specs to be using NVENC, so what kind of GPU is it?

And also, try to discover (looking at your time-line) which kind of media starts around 6% it well may be that there is a clip that starts playing which cause this crash. I you see a clip there, try to delete en start the render again. In many cases this will lead you to the solution.
