Does Your Camera Shoot 16-255? Try this free 3D LUT

I'm teaching myself to make 3D LUTS. Baby steps.

My first attempt is [16,255]->[16,235] for the many cameras that shoot this range, to normal REC709 luminance. It is based on @john_dennis camera levels. Of course it could be a levels preset, it's just a learning thing. How does it look with your 16-255 footage?

Looks good.

Plenty of free LUTS out there but not always useful. Fell over this site with similar LUTS.

Similar LUTS can be made & exported via Color Grading.
