How can I contact customer support? I cannot reach them, through clicking on website?

Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.0 (purchased in 2005) for Windows PC.

An error occurred while opening one or more files. 

The file format plugin for the specified format was not properly initialized.

File format is MP4 video file.

Why, how fix error?

What error message appear when you putting the files?

As far as I know, Magix does not provide support for expired pre-acquisition software titles.

Vegas Movie Studio 6 (Sony, 2005) does not fully support AVC/MP4 video format, which was still in its infancy at the time.
