I use the Project Notes function to enter a comment, which I record using the microphone. As it has a timing option, I wonder if it is possible to export this to an SRT file in some way? For example with a script if the program can't?

Project Notes would be good because
- it has the timings by default, where they start,
- I would set the end of the caption to the next starting point -0.5 seconds by default, so there would be no overlap
- the last, subtitle would last until the end of the video
- SRT would then include the times and notes (without the label and date)
