Formatting my PC

Basically i am forced to format my PC. I want to know how i can retain my original copy as when i read the option to deactivate the program it said i have to install it on another PC. I got scared and don't want to lose my copy since most my work is tied to this program. What can i do in this situation?

My version is Vegas pro 14. Thank you for any response.

Why do you need to format your PC?

Ok, let's make sense here.

You have a slow pc. You are connected to the internet? Do you have Google Drive or any other cloud service? What about virus scanners? Do you have any idea what drivesync has been doing lately? A lot of people have found out the hard way.

Formatting is for kids. Troubleshooting is for big kids.Slow startup is a network issue, 90% of the time.

The Vegas installer will guide you through registration. No worries there, but the nuclear option is overkill, and won't do much once you have everything installed again. Try turning off your network adapter and then compare bootup times.
