Frames out of place when rendering a frame by frame edit

The software I use is Sony Vegas Pro 16.

I am a casual editor and currently I am working on a video for fun where I downloaded a green background png and basically masked over a certain area to pretty much make it a green screen. The problem is, I did it frame by frame where I adjusted the size of the green background. Upon rendering the frames go jumbled up and all over the place and miss a couple of frames (I have attached a video and if you cant open the video heres a link ). If anyone knows how to render it to make it as smooth as possibe I would appreciate a reply

Thanks.

It looked okay to me but then I don't know how it's supposed to look. I did notice a faint image showing through the green. Check it's opacity if it's not supposed to.

As for your problem check that your project and render settings match especially with frame rate.

Thanks for the reply.

If you look closely when the transitions happen the green screen doesn't stay on the place where I edited it too because of the rendering issue. For reffererance check 0:14 seconds on the video you'll see that it doesn't stay in the box whereas on the preview tab when I'm on the programme it's aligned perfectly

Frame by frame sizing just isn't needed and it's time-intensive.

Learn about Track Motion and Keyframes, for starters.

Does your project frame rate match your source frame rate? Is your source interlaced or progressive?

How do I make sure its matched? Is there a way to find out what fps my video is running on and then render it. If so can you explain or is there a video you recommend?

I've tried track motion with the square pins but I it moves to fast to stay where its supposed to. Though I'll try again

Also I have sent a google drive link of the Vegas Document (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1h7jdqDSf6EuEM9EPPZnNJQR6QEOUZkRF). If theres anyway anyone could check the document and tell me what I did wrong I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Use the Match Media Settings project icon. This is explained in the documentation, as well as using Track Motion and key frames at any velocity you choose, with only two or three "pins"!

Maybe you started thinking in the middle instead of at the beginning. Good luck!
