Got serial key off of humble bundle, already registered

Purchased the Creator bundle from the humble bundle website and the serial key is saying it has already been redeemed on a different email, i just got the key and i have no idea how it would already have been redeemed, any help on this?

Did you have a trial version previously installed? Visit your Magix Account.

If not, Contact Humble Bundle regarding your registration key.
