You are not quite there with your levels. As you can see in your Vegas Histogram, in your current sample the whites are clipped and the blacks are not clipped. So in your Levels filter, you would leave the blacks alone, and set the white luminance to 235 RGB as we discussed. It should look like this:

Then, your video will have correct levels in both the highlights and shadows. Just look at the detail in your flowers!
