how do I create the effect that questions and math equations pop out

Hello guys,

Im trying to create a video where questions and math equation pop out of the head of someone and then disappear. Kinda like on this picture. https://eleague-static.cdn.turner.com/2018-04/0406_Boost_TBS_SM.00_00_13_01.Still004.jpg

However, I have no clear idea how to do this.. Could you help me on the way?

1. Should I do it as text and then track motion it so that I can determine in which way the text appears from the head?

2. If i want to have an image such as Matrix math cube or anything, how can i have it with a transparent back ground just like in the example image I linked above?

Many thanks for the help and I hope its clear what im trying to do.

Regards,

Get an animation plugin or standalone.

You will spend a lot of time doing this in Vegas, although it is certainly possible.

Crude but cheap way is to draw your equations on a transparent background in a photo editor and Pan/Crop or Track Motion them from behind the head of your subject. Results will depend mostly on your patience. Skill is secondary.

thanks john that might be the best solution for now..im pretty noob when comes to sony vegas but trying to learn step by step..

Im trying to fix it now by just writing in text in sony vegas and then using track motion to make the text move from the head and then disappear

Blender is probably the best known free animator.
