Thank j-v. Big improvement. I noticed the automatic cropping is set to only the width of the image so tall thin images get cropped at the top and bottom. Any way for automatic cropping height and width to determine image size? I'll continue to try other options around the automatic cropping in the mean time. Thanks again.

Well, you could figure an undocumented display ratio, which put black bars in the player, you could stretch the video fat and wide, you could crop it, you could put sidecurtains on it, or you could learn to live with it, which most people eventually do.

Remember factors and ratios? Quadrilaterals come in different shapes.

VMS actually crops until one side fits. The remainder then gets cropped out.
