whenever i do something, or even anything in vegas movie studio 15 (normal version, not platinum or suite) there is a chance of a white-noise like sound that's really distorted being blasted in my right ear, which is really annoying so that's why i stopped using it. is there any way to fix it? i want to come back to it again.

We'd have to know more about the original audio clip. Can you post it to a public Dropbox so we can download it and experiment with it?
Or is it a problem with ALL audio in your video? That could indicate a problem on a computer level. An outdated driver. Overmodulated audio. Even a problem with your headset.
no, it happens when a video file is invalid and it stays like that on my PC until i quit all applications, plug out my headphones and plug them back in.
