How to fix video to make it 1 constant brightness

Confusing title I know. But my video has natural light from a window and I didn't realize that the sun is cutting in and out and clouds covering it some times. This makes some of the video darker and some parts brighter. I don't want that. Anyway to fix it, so the whole video is 1 constant brightness?

Not automatically. Use keyframes and brightness/contrast plugin.

Didn't realize deflicker was a way to fix it, I'll try and see.
