How to use more computer resources to render?

Hey guys, im using Vegas Pro 18 and its my first time render something.
I already disabled blur effects to fast render (from 3fps to 8fps) but its still toooo low fps and the computer resources are free:

I dont have a graphic card, using the integrated with processor ryzen 5 3600g, 16gb RAM and SSD 512GB.

Its not ideal but still using few resources to render.

So, how do I allocate more resources for rendering?

You've got some filters or settings on your timeline that don't render fast because they are part of internal processing. But we don't know what those are. Here is how to tell us:
