Impossible to upload video

Since today it is impossible to upload a video as mp4 ( video made as mp4 with Vegas Sreencapture)

This remains where normal is the video playable:

In case someone finds this, setting my router's outgoing MTU size to 1350 seems to help. This was done as a result of a couple of ping tests on the server.
