Most likely you are dealing with video that uses the HEVC/H.265 codec. The easiest solution is to convert the video to an MP4 using Handbrake.

I will attempt this download of HANDBRAKE prior to parting ways with my MSP.15, although I am in full agreeance that it is time for an upgrade I'm sure. Thank you #OurWorldWithoutMirrors !
