Letterbox makes text cut off, and I know the problem isn't Pan/Crop

I am trying to edit a video and I am working on text for a split screen, but the text is getting cut off and the problem isn't pan and crop because I tried the Match Output Aspect option on one of the 2 videos in the split screen, but it didnt work at all.

I am hoping the problem is part of the Video Media Gsnerator box for actually editing legacy text

You probably need to enable and create a mask in pan/crop to move your text over to one side.
