Long time to complete each interaction within Vegas Pro 17

Hi,

I have problem with slow response time from Vegas Pro 17. My each interaction with Vegas Pro such as click or select an action or function, it takes 5 to 10 seconds to complete an action. I wondering which gone wrong. Is it because of computer hard disc RAM or ROM or other reason? I have 30 GB spare memory space and 10 GB RAM. Please help.

Vegas Pro 17's minimum system specs require 16GB RAM.
