Lost project

So my vegas crashed once, no big deal, it does that a lot, and i re open and am greeted with it asking to open the last saved project, i click yes and it fills in the timeline and media box, but then it crashes immediately after and i reopen and theres no prompt, how do i open the last saved project now?

Sounds like some content is causing it to crash on opening.

Start fresh and note what you are adding as you go.

@Gargecast perhaps you should try a full reset, hold down 'Ctrl+Shift', and double left click on the desktop shortcut. Check the box 'Delete all cached application data', then left click on 'Yes'. This will reset Vegas to the installation defaults, and also delete the pesky application data that builds up and sometimes causes Vegas to do strange things.
