If the program does not run properly, you can try to uninstall MS11, restart and try to install again.

Short explanation: Microsoft .NET is not something that gets "downloaded" or installed on Windows 10. It comes pre-installed, and you activate it in the Control Panel.

Sony Movie Studio 11 does not know this. It was not designed for Windows 10.

Therefore, someone trying to install MSP11 on Windows 10 will ignore the error, and first activate .NET 3.5 in Device Manager.
