Recently when starting program, the normal purple logo won't load. Instead I'm greeted with a white box. on the left bottom corner of the box, is a green status bar that loads up. then i am left with just the box. and can't get in. I have tried unistalling program and re-installing. I have done the alt-ctrl-shift and changed permissions. same problem.....running Windows 7. NVidia graphics card. Program worked fine for a year or more. Help Jeromie in NY
