MP4's made in Vegas Pro 19 on PC crashes ProPresenter on Mac

As an music educator, I film and record a lot of my students' concerts. I also produce multimedia to be shown at those concerts. I have been using Vegas Pro for many years on my PC (currently a Microsoft Surface Book 2). Our school's fine arts coordinator uses ProPresenter on a Mac to display multimedia for our public performances.

Despite crashing that particular program on his Mac, the MP4's work well on all my PC and Android devices. When he re-renders those particular MP4's through iMovie on his Mac, he has no problems with the MP4's crashing ProPresenter.

I even tried re-rendering my videos from 1280x720 to 640x360 just to see if the smaller file size would not crash ProPresenter. It did not work. Only re-rendering them through iMovie seemed to work. My fine arts coordinator claims there must be something in my codec (after rendering in Vegas Pro) that is triggering the crash in ProPresenter.

BOTTOM-LINE QUESTIONS: What might cause this crash? Is it a PC to Mac problem? Is it a codec issue? Is a problem with Vegas Pro or maybe a problem with ProPresenter?

Though I am currently using Vegas Pro 19. I have already purchased Vegas Post 20 and I am in the process of backing up my PC so that I can reformat my machine, do a complete reinstall of Windows and Vegas Post 20. This may solve the issue, but if anybody has any ideas, I would appreciate your input.

I have attached a photo of my VIDEO PROPERTIES for one of the video files in question.

@Onesimus77
These are the project properties, that doesn't say much about what the file you rendered looks like.
You should copy us the mediainfo of the finished rendered file here, or upload a short piece of your file to Dropbox or another hoster and put the link here.
Here is the procedure for the freeware Mediainfo:

That picture is of your project properties...not the properties of the rendered file or your render settings.

Here's an old trick from an old dog that can't hurt to try.

In Windows, change the filename extension from *.mp4 to *.mov

The wrapper specifications are nearly identical.

Please do post the file properties as asked; that way we can see and suggest changes for better compatibility with Pro Presenter.

Try a bunch of different formats and see what works. SonyAVC, MagixAVC, MagixHEVC, Apple ProRes (if the file length is short).

I wouldn't bother reinstall anything as it seems like it's all working fine, there's just an issue with this program on its end not yours.
