Mp4 video not playing after successful render

After rendering out my video, the mp4 fails to play it. I am trying to render out a video that is 1920x1080 with 60 fps (I have done so with other editing software). How can I solve this problem? I quite like editing with this software but if it will not render correctly I simply cannot use it. My version is version 16

HI @Michael-Caruana , can you post a screenshot of your render format template, if you are using the Make Movie > Save it to my hard drive > Advanced options. Or, are you using Make Movie with a different option and if so which one?

Mp4 is not a videoplayer but a wrapper with in it mostly a maked video.
But I presume that somewhere you are not able to play that video
