My presets wont save onto Vegas Pro 14 when i re-install the programme

The programme I use is Vegas Pro 14 and sometimes it doesn't work so I have to uninstall it and re-install it again and then it works again. Whenever I did this, all my presets would save in the programme and then I could carry on using the programme as usual. However, recently I had to uninstall it and re-install it again because it wasn't working but this time, it didn't save the presets on the programme and I have no clue how to put the presets back onto Vegas Pro. I have looked on YouTube for a video that could solve my problem but I couldn't find any. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also I didn't know which topic to put this under so I picked "off topic"

Thank you

Megan x

Load old Projectfiles in which you used those presets and save them again.

I have tried that in the past but a lot of the presets I have used in the past aren't recently used and I cant remember what settings are needed x

Some of the customizations and presets are deleted when VP is uninstalled. Some are in the AppData folders and can be saved elsewhere and pasted back in to the fresh install..

Reinstalling, although it may work for you, is not necessary, and maybe all you need to do is reset the program. I have your same version and have never reinstalled it, like 2017.
