The "universal" titler animation from is acting weird... It is 9.29 seconds in length (original length) , but freezes at 5.21-7.21 seconds - (so a 2 second freeze during the animation)
Anybody else seeing this ?

Does it "freeze" in the Vegas Preview window or in the Rendered video??
New Blue is one of the most system-intensive effects, so Prerender (search!) of the effected region may be needed, depending on your system load.

It freezes in the previewer and in the render...
(dont have any issues with chromakey or other things so far - or a bigger cpu load... (havent used everything yet ;) )

That is afaik not a freeze.
Every title from it with movement, that is not changed during a few seconds and will show a stll standing title befor the last changes come, but the latter is much faster than the beginning of the movement.
If you don't like it, cut it out on the placed titler.
You can change that still moment also in the titler editor yourself but that all has a steep learning curve for which I think you can find tuts on the New Blue site.
I still do have Titler 5 but never uses it because Vegas own titlers can do the same.
I'm pretty sure you put a couple of unwanted keyframes in your title effect (which I like quite a lot!).
Evil keyframes can appear from nowhere if the keyframe timeline is not padlocked. You may need to expand the effect properties window to see the keyframes..

j-v - I have the titler express - I do not think that I can edit the movement in it... (basically no customization functions as far as I can see...)

I got it in a bundle with some others when I upgraded to vegas studio 16 suite (from the entry level version)
