No, it does not. sfk is a project peak file that is generated separately, and has nothing to do with your media.
I'm unable to find the post you speak of. Probably not searching the right keywords.
Also, I was kinda looking for a way to get my current files to work, as it's a speedrun and there's no way I'll get a better time - and the OBS I'm using can't film the Films & TV window, so I'm unable to record it again.
