Hello, I was wondering how do I remove the background from a png image, I've seen videos on YouTube, but it didn't work, they said to enter properties, media, alpha channel, and straight (unmatted). but it doesn't work, what do I do ?? !!!!
Usually the desired background must first be removed from the image in photo editing software to make it transparent using, Photoshop, Paint dot net or other.

Just what I thought. Your downloaded file is not transparent, meaning it does not have an Alpha layer. When you get one that has an Alpha layer, it will say 32 bits in MediaInfo. There are no exceptions to this. Post back when you have tried a transparent file in Vegas, then someone may be able to help you. Most PNG files are not transparent. Thanks.
There, I have turned your non-transparent image into a transparent PNG image in Photoshop. Try it in Vegas, set your properties correctly, and it will work; it works perfectly here.
