Hi, Im even gonna problem, i tried to install Sony Vegas Pro, because runs is administrator prompt, and i don't want administrator UAC. Do you want any help and what even gonna do?

The very last version of Sony Vegas Pro was version 13 released some 9 years ago. If you have Sony Vegas Pro 13 or earlier, have you been able to get Sony Vegas Pro to work in the past? If yes, have there been changes to your situation recently such as a new computer?

Assuming that you have a legally purchased version of Vegas Pro (pirated versions still often use the Sony name), please refer to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/important-information-required-to-help-you--110457/ and provide relevant information asked for under points B & C particularly relating to your Vegas Pro version and build number as well as details about your computer.
If you do not want the UAC 'run as admin' prompt, that can be bypassed with a custom shortcut. Otherwise I have never had a problem running VP as a regular user.
On the other hand, if you are on a school or corporate network, and you don't have priveleges, you are probably SOL.
