Mp4, m2t, yes.

"Any" flavor? No, that is ridiculous.

Any flavor is slang for another codec. Have used premier for a decade and saved m2t for blu ray burns and backups but actually never had to re-tweek for a customer. Just curious.

Yes it is. The answer is still "no."

If you had asked the same question about Premiere, the answer would still be "no."

This is a support area -- your social media discussions belong here:

Wow.  Kind of a harsh reply, maybe due to the vague semantics of the word "any".  I think the poster is asking if there are any rendered formats that can be reimported to Vegas for further editing.  I don't think he is asking if Vegas can import "every" possible format.  And the question does seem appropriate for the support forum -- I don't understand why you dismiss it as a "social media discussion".

In deference to your POV, Tim, I am removing my post, except for the link to the page listing the formats Vegas supports natively, which is the best plausible answer under the circumstances. You may also remove the quote, if you wish.

There are dozens of offload vfw codecs Vegas supports as well. There are thousands of codec possibilities Vegas does not support.

It is assumed by definition (which the OP claims to understand) that a supported COmpressor-DECompressor will open the same files it writes. If it does not, it's something outside the realm of either Vegas, or a support request.

That pretty much rules out the possibility of the OP equivocating the collective "any or all" to the singular "one," doesn't it?

So the real misapplication of semantics may lie here instead:
