With the last Windows 10 update, Vegas can no longer open QT files. I have QT pro, it worked before the last anniversary update. Now it says QT is not installed. I uninstalled it and reinstalled. Still no joy. Using Vegas 12 and QT 7.76. Any tweaks or something that maybe somebody has ran across to make it work?
QT works normally on its own.
I have two computers both running the same version of Windows, Vegas and QT. The second computer was a direct update to anniversary edition from Windows 7. QT files work fine in Vegas on this computer. My first computer, for original post, was an upgrade to Windows anniversary from Windows 10 that was previously upgraded from Windows 7. I cannot get QT files to work in Vegas on this computer. Seems really odd.
The old way was to install QT, Uninstall Vegas, and reinstall Vegas. No idea if this still works.
Eek. I don't really need it on this computer so I will skip that. Thanks.
