Rendering freezes at 78%

Hi there,

I have a project that freezes everytime at 78%, whatever format except .WMV that I try. I tried many things, removing some frames where the rendering would hang, removing the sound track, installed Vegas on my other computer. And it is all the same. My computers are enough resource I think, compter #1 has 16 Gb ram with a GeForce GTX and computer #2 has 64 gb RAM and same card. I also tried, as indicated by Magix, to disable the use of the GPU. Still did not work.

I also have Movie Studio 16 that works no problem

Any idea that I could try?

Thanks

Have you introduced a new fx or video event at that point?

It the latest version 17.0 build 421. Initially I thought that it could be a defective video sequence which is why I removed the sequence that had the frames where it would freeze but it did not work. also removed the sound so t see if it would have made a difference. No success. It could finally generate a very low resolution Windows .wmv. Of course this is not what I am looking for. We might think that the video that I am trying to generate is too large which to me is not the case, it is just short of 3 minute. The sequences that I put in my projects come from 3 cameras and are all 4k. DJI Mavrick Pro, Sony RX7 and GoPro7, to me, nothing very demanding. Thanks for your help

May not be a problem in VPro 17, yesterday I did a test of 9,5 hours of 2,7 K HEVC files rendered to 9,5 hours FHD 50p AVC, not one problem.
It must be something else with you, if you want help you have to provide info. Look here under B and C: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/important-information-required-to-help-you--110457/
